Detailed Narrative Description of Project	The overall goal of the project is to make the general education system more responsive to the needs of a modern market economy and put a greater focus on poorer areas. The expected outcome of the project is to increase the enrolment in primary and general secondary education in poorer areas of the country and improve student performance. The specific project objectives are reflected in the four project components set out in the TOR. These are: Component 1 - Modernizing curriculum and developing new learning materials; Component 2 - Modernizing learning assessment; Component 3 – Strengthening the Teaching Profession; Component 4 – Improving Participation and Quality in Rural Schools
Detailed Narrative Description of Services provided	Study №1 Curriculum, programs and scoring.Objective: Assessment of the contents of curriculum, learning materials, scoring and evaluation of their efficiency. Study №2 Introduction of 12-years education system Objective: Study of circumstances for transition to 12-years education system. Study №3 Increasing the rate of enrolment in poor and remote areas Objective: Study the situation with attendance of schools and reveal the reasons for not-enrolment and screening of pupils (in poor and remote areas). Study №4 Development of Inclusive education Objective: Study the level of accessibility of education for children with limited opportunities, determine the ways for development of inclusive education in the country. Study №5 Privatization of school education Objective: Study the private sector of general education and conditions for its further development.
