CAICounslting has completed the ARIS project "Market and value chain analysis study in the target areas of the project"
In October 2022, CAIConsulting completed the ARIS project 'Market and Value Chain Analysis Study in Target Project Areas'. The company's team of experts identified key potential prospective VCh in agriculture, garment production, handicrafts, tourism and other areas for 241 rural districts in the four northern regions of the country.
The company conducted a mapping of the VCh and conducted an economically feasible analysis to select potential areas for productive partnerships in the VCh. This analysis aimed to obtain information on each of the most promising VCh for the area, which could provide the best income generation opportunities for local people and improve the livelihoods of vulnerable groups.
