Today, work is in full swing on the implementation of trainings in the framework of the World Bank Integrated Dairy Productivity Improvement Project. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in recent months, training took place online, and since August, trainings have been held outdoors in compliance with all sanitary standards.
By the beginning of October, trainings on animal husbandry and veterinary on the topic "Feeding technologies for dairy cows in pastures" were completed, and trainings on the topic "Cattle diseases" have already begun. After holding the remaining theoretical trainings, in early 2021 it is planned to implement practical exercises based on the material covered.
There are also training activities in the field of agronomy, which will soon come to an end. Now the farmers who are undergoing training within the framework of this project are collecting fodder beets. In parallel with this, preparations for the Farmer's Day are underway.
