Implementation of training activities in the field of proper livestock breeding for farmers in the framework of Component 2: Improving the on-farm productivity
Following the tender selection, CAIConsulting and TES-Center Consortium received a contract from the Agribusiness Competitiveness Center for the provision of Consulting Services - Implementation of training activities in the field of proper livestock farming for farmers in the framework of Component 2: Improving the on-farm productivity funded by the World Bank. Training activities are planned in five districts of the Issyk-Kul region: Issyk-Kul, Tyup, Ak-Suu, Jeti-Oguz and Ton.
On March 1, 2019, the Agribusiness Competitiveness Center and CAIConsulting and TES-Center Consortium signed a contract for the implementation of the Project under Component 2: Improving internal economic performance funded by the World Bank. The project implementation period is March 2019 - December 2020.
On March 5, within the framework of the project in Karakol, an introductory meeting was held with the Governor of Issyk-Kul Oblast Akylbek Osmonaliyev. During the meeting, the Director of the Agribusiness Competitiveness Center, Torogul Bekov, gave a brief summary of the Project and its main components.
Within the framework of the Project, the International Finance Corporation (IFC) conducted a series of trainings on the organization of balanced feeding of dairy cattle, as well as the health and reproduction of animals for local trainers in order to improve their skills (photo).
