Detailed Narrative Description of Project	The overall objective of this Study is to identify and map potential projects in the municipal infrastructure sector in Turkmenistan that would be suitable for financing by EBRD or another IFI and be eligible for funding by IFCA. It is expected that the assignment will yield a long list and a shortlist of potential projects in the country. Municipal infrastructure needs vary between regions and between municipalities but projects are expected to be in the sectors of municipal infrastructure, including: District Heating; Water and Wastewater; and, Solid Waste Management. Detailed Narrative Description of Services provided	The Study will be carried out in four phases, the first three phases are chronological: Phase 1: Establish a long list of potential projects in Turkmenistan for future IFI and IFCA financing. Phase 2: Establish a shortlist of projects prioritised for IFI and IFCA financing in the medium term. Phase 3: Perform a feasibility study to prepare a pilot project for financing by an IFCA-eligible IFI Phase 4: Identify areas in which further engagement and policy dialogue would be beneficial, specifically in line with EU requirements and EBRD transition mandate.
